Yummy cheesecake!

This is the cheesecake we made yesterday, we didn't bought enough pie crust for the cheesecake, so we end up making cheesecake muffins! Kids love it and it taste really good even without the crust! Great for snack and a little tiny desert after lunch and dinner. We got the recipe online and we love the sour cream cheesecake recipe from Its easy to make, all you have to do is buy this ingredients:
ready made cheesecake pie crust (graham or oreo crust)
You can also make your own pie crust with 1 1/2 cups graham crackers and 1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
4 Philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
1 cup sour cream
Combine all the sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and sour cream. Beat at medium speed around 5 minutes. Add the egg one in a time then keep beating and mixing. When it reach the thickness and creamy you like. Pour it in a ready made pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30minutes.

For toppings: Mix sour cream and 3 tbs. of sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla in a small bowl. Pour on top of the slightly cooled cheesecake and bake for another 10mins at 350 degrees. Let it chill for a little while and serve! Enjoy!
