Puppy #5 buyer...

This afternoon i receive a call from one of our buyer. They said they will come by this afternoon to check puppy number 5. I think they had really good choice on choosing that #5 puppy (female fawn). Puppy number 5 is really pretty dog. The color is light fawn with black mask. She's really pretty. She gain weight this week and we ask for $750 with that puppy. Next week after they came back from their vacation, they will going to pick up the puppy and pay the rest. We ask cash no check :-). We cant wait to get rid of our puppies. Why? Because they all chewed our plants outside the yard, they chew the wall inside the house, they go pee and poo in the carpet. Its a lot of work to us hehe but its a lot of money though so its okay. We just need to wait next week for buyer to come by and pick up their puppies :-) We still have 1 more male brindle mastiff available, so maybe if you are interested please let us know :-)

Our puppy was sick...

One of our puppy was sick, she got lymph nodes, puppy strangles and eye infection. We just found out last Thursday when we bring our puppy to the Vet. Mike said the puppy was fine in the morning but in the afternoon while im giving them fresh water and food, I noticed that one of our puppy got swolen eyes. So I call Mike right away to tell him about the puppy, when he came home from work, we bring the puppy right away to the Emergency Vet at the Grand Valley and the doctor find out that the puppy has this kind of illness. We thought that our puppy just had allergy and eye infection. We didn't know that this will going to happen. The puppy is still 7 weeks old and she really needs more attention and love right now. Thats why we gave her so much attention and we try to keep him separated with other puppies to avoid passing this sickness to other dogs. She starting to feel better last night but this morning I noticed that her eyes get swolen again but not that serious, Mike gave him an antibiotic, I think that helps her a lot but it knocks her out too hehe. She has an appointment tomorrow for her follow-up check up and hopefully the results will be okay tomorrow. Will see :)

Stella 's Owner...

Do you know who Stella is? Stella is the name of the female brindle mastiff, she is puppy number 8. The owner gave her a name “Stella”, they are our first buyer who reserve the puppy. Stella cost $800 and they gave us deposit for $100. Stella is really a big girl, she is the biggest female mastiff. I think they really had a best choice. They are happy with the results. When they see Stella? they are very happy to see that the puppy they choose are really growing so fast. Its really worth with the money they payed. They will take the puppy home first week of July. They will be 2 months old this July 07. I am sure her little girl “Lily” would be happy if they will bring Stella with them this coming first week of July. They will come back here next month to get Stella. I will gonna miss puppy number 8 because she is my favorite.

At last she had her puppies now!

Wow i cant believe that Princess is laboring right now. She had her first puppy at 2:14am. She will going to have 8-9 puppies, its already 6:16am but until now she still have 3 puppies come out. They have 5-6 more puppies to go. Maybe Mike wont go work today because he know i cant handle it alone. This is my first time to help the dog labor her puppies. Its a new experience for me, its fun but i am so tired right now. I still didn't sleep yet. :-) Princess is kind a worn out right now, she is weak, the 3 puppies are nursing and it went really good. The first 3 puppies coming out are all male, they are so cute hehe :-) i will post their picture later. In a few minutes i need to check her again maybe the 4th one will come out already.

Princess X-ray

This is the results of Princess X-ray for her pregnancy. As you can see here, it seems like she will going to have 8-9 puppies. Wow, that was a lot huh? I am sure, she felt heavy right now. The doctor said, maybe it would be easy for her to labor her puppies because the puppies are small and she has big hips too. Princess is still young, she's still 1 year old same as Thunder the male mastiff. But Princess weight 138 lbs right now and Thunder weight 160 lbs.

Preggy Mastiff

Our female mastiff is pregnant and few more days she will going to labor her puppies. Her tummy is getting more bigger right now and it seems like she already felt heavy. Last week i thought she will going to labor already because i was thinking that her water broke but i was wrong. That is false alarm hehe :-) i was just excited that time, maybe she go pee while laying down. Anyway, Mike wants to make it sure if Princess (our female mastiff) will going to labor her puppies or not that time. So he called the vet and get an X-ray for Princess. The doctor said, few more days she will going to have her puppies so we need to wait for few more days. I cant wait to see her puppies.
